The City Manager shall designate in writing to the company an
official having full power and authority to administer the franchise.
The City Manager may also designate one or more City representatives
to act as the primary liaison with the company as to particular matters
addressed by this franchise and shall provide the company with the
name and telephone numbers of said City representatives. The City
Manager may change these designations by providing written notice
to the company. The City’s designee shall have the right, at
all reasonable times, to inspect any company facilities in City streets
and other City property.
The company shall designate a representative to act as the primary
liaison with the City and shall provide the City with the name, address,
and telephone number for the company’s representative under
this franchise. The company may change its designation by providing
written notice to the City. The City shall use this liaison to communicate
with the company regarding utility service and related service needs
for City facilities.
