The company shall operate and maintain company facilities efficiently
and economically and in accordance with the high standards and best
systems, methods and skills consistent with the provision of adequate,
safe, and reliable utility service.
The company recognizes that, as part of its obligations and
commitments under this franchise, the company shall carry out each
of its performance obligations in a timely, expeditious, efficient,
economical, and workmanlike manner.
Upon written request, the company shall provide the city with
a report regarding the reliability of company facilities and utility
service.
