The Village Board of the Village of Newark is hereby authorized to sell
advertising space on Village property, including, but not limited to, Village
newsletters, Web sites, baseball outfield signs and billboards.
The Village Board of the Village of Newark may adopt advertising rates
from time to time by Village Board resolution.
