A Clerk of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be appointed by the Zoning Board of Adjustment. He shall hold office at the pleasure of said Zoning Board of Adjustment. He shall keep the minutes and records of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, issue and deliver all notices of meetings required to be given to members of said Zoning Board of Adjustment, receive and transmit all communications to or on behalf of said Zoning Board of Adjustment, including such certifications as may be issued by said Board, and perform such additional duties as may be prescribed by Borough ordinance. The salary of the Clerk of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall be as set forth in the annual Salary Resolution.[1]

He shall keep the minutes and records of the Planning Board, issue and deliver all notices of meetings required to be given to members of said Planning Board, receive and transmit all communications to or on behalf of said Planning Board, including such certifications as may be issued by said Board, and perform such additional duties as may be prescribed by Borough ordinance.
