There shall be established a Water/Wastewater Abatement Board whose duty it shall be to review and act on all abatements filed with either the Water or Wastewater Divisions. The Board will consist of five members including the Water/Wastewater Superintendent/Engineer or his designate and four residents of the City appointed by the Mayor. Initially said resident appointment shall be for one-, two- and three-year terms respectively. Subsequently thereafter each resident member shall be appointed for a term of three years, and he/she shall serve without compensation.[1]
