Each group shall provide and pay for a private detail Haverhill police officer if the Police Chief determines one is required. Each group shall also provide and pay for a private fire detail if the Fire Chief determines one is required. The Commissioner of Public Safety may waive the requirement for a police or fire detail.
Request for use shall be made 30 days in advance.
Schedule of reservations shall be posted.
Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages and food shall be prohibited in the Auditorium.
