No person shall be permitted to feed or in any
way make available a feed or source of food to any migrating waterfowl
at the Kenoza Lake, Crystal Lake, Round Pond, Chadwick Pond, Johnson's
Pond or Millvale Reservoirs.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine
of not less than $25 on the first offense and $50 on each subsequent
offense thereafter.
