Any permit granted under this chapter may be revoked by the Division of Health for the violation of any provisions of this chapter under which it is granted or for any good cause shown and after an opportunity has been granted to the holder of such permit to be heard by the Division of Health. During the pendency of such proceedings said Division of Health may, at its discretion, order the permit to be suspended and all transactions thereunder to be discontinued, under the penalties herein provided, as though such permit had not been granted.
Any and all conditions not specified in this chapter shall conform with the requirements of modern sanitation as defined by the Division or by the laws of the State Board of Health on health and sanitation.
A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any order promulgated thereunder, other than Article XVI hereof, shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not less than $2 nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
B. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of Article XVI of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not less than $2 nor more than $100 for each violation. Each day a particular violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
