Only vehicles with Saddle Brook residential parking permits are permitted to park in Lots 2, 3 and 8 of Block 104 in the Township of Saddle Brook.
No person shall park or place any registered or unregistered trailer, with or without motive power, designed for the carrying of persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, upon any of the following streets or parts thereof at any time except as specifically provided for under N.J.S.A. 39:3-64:

Parking or placing of any dumpster, container or other obstruction is prohibited. No person shall park or place any dumpster, container or other obstruction without wheels upon any of the streets or parts thereof at any time unless such specific permission is granted by the Chief of Police.
B. 
Pursuant to Subsection A above, proper warning signs shall be posted warning of such prohibition.

The Mayor of the Township of Saddle Brook is hereby authorized, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:48-2.46, to provide by regulation rules regulating the entrances and exits from parking yards, to regulate and enforce pedestrian traffic and the parking of vehicles in parking yards and parking places which are open to the public or to which the conjunction with any business or enterprise; to establish requirements for placement and types of lighting and signs; to regulate and control noisy or boisterous persons or things; to require installation and maintenance of internal traffic directional lines; and to take such action as may reasonably be required to preserve and safeguard the public health, safety, morals and welfare.
B. 
Any regulation adopted under this chapter shall not become effective unless and until it has been submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Transportation of the Department of Transportation.

Each driveway from the Fair Lawn border to the intersection of Evans Place shall be considered an intersection for purposes of N.J.S.A. 39:4-82.1.
