An application will be made for a permit to
construct a private sewage disposal system on forms available or in
the form required by the Dutchess County Health Department. At the
time such application is filed with the Dutchess County Health Department,
it will be accompanied by such plans or other information as required.
A duplicate thereof will be filed with the Town of LaGrange Zoning
Administrator or his duly designated agent. No building permit will
be issued until such time as the Dutchess County Health Department
shall have properly inspected the design of said private sewage disposal
system and shall have approved the same in writing as evidence of
its approval. No certificate of occupancy will be issued until such
time as a certificate of completed works is issued by the Dutchess
County Health Department and is filed with the Zoning Administrator
of the Town of LaGrange.

A. All subdivisions containing lot sizes of less than
40,000 square feet per dwelling unit or where central sewage is deemed
necessary shall be provided with public sewers constructed in accordance
with the requirements, standards and specifications of the Town and
at the expense of the developer.
B. Sewers shall be connected to a sewage treatment plant
to be constructed by the developer, and then owned and operated by
the Township or by an appropriate public district to be established
by the Town. The developer shall provide, at his expense, all necessary
sewers and rights-of-way to connect the subdivision sewers to the
sewage treatment plant. The developer, at his expense, shall also
provide to the Town a site, approved by the engineer for the construction
of a sewage treatment plant by the developer. The developer shall
construct the sewage disposal facilities discharging to an approved
natural outlet. The developer shall construct the sewers and sewage
treatment plant and then transfer the same to the Town or its duly
authorized public agency.
(1) The fee to accompany the application to the Engineer
for a permit to construct the sewers and sewage treatment plant shall
be the amount established in accordance with the following table:

(2) This amount shall cover the costs of the filing and
the Engineer's review of the plans and specifications that are submitted
and the cost of inspection during construction.
