Editor's Note: Former Art. V, Town Attorney, adopted 12-16-2002
by L.L. No. 7-2002, was repealed 1-25-2010 by L.L. No. 1-2010.
Whenever in the Code of the Town of Monroe the
term "Town Attorney" or "Attorney for the Town Board" shall be used,
it shall mean the attorney or firm of attorneys contracted with by
the Town of Monroe for the purposes of providing legal advice and
services to the Town Board.
