Any person, firm, corporation or owner of real property in the Town of Monroe who violates the provisions of these regulations shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation, pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that the violation of these regulations shall continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct violation and shall be punishable as provided herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prevent the Town from instituting any actions or proceedings to prevent or restrain any violations of this chapter.
