These bylaws shall go into effect upon their
acceptance by the Town and their approval and publication in the manner
required by law, and all bylaws heretofore existing are hereby repealed.
(MGL c. 40, § 32)
These bylaws may be amended or repealed at any
legal Town meeting. (MGL c. 39, § 10)
