Utility cuts and street openings — See Ch. 245.
The application for a curb cut permit shall show or include the following information:
A. 
Street measurement.
B. 
Location of proposed cut.
C. 
Sight distance in both directions.
D. 
Percent of grade and width of proposed driveway.
E. 
Location of stone walls, curbing, trees, etc., that will be removed or disturbed.
F. 
Type of surface that will be used on the proposed driveway.
G. 
Grade change on existing drives.
H. 
Potential problems or existing problems pertaining to drainage or snow removal or safety.
A. 
Any excavation on town property will require a street opening permit.
B. 
The applicant will be responsible for any additional permits required by other town boards and/or commissions.
