Borough of Madison, NJ Chapter 105 Games of Chance

§ 105-1 Conduct of games on Sunday.

The Council may, by resolution, permit organizations qualified pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1 e seq. to conduct games of chance on Sunday.

§ 105-2 Fee for one-year instant raffle license.

A. The municipal fee for a one-year license to sell, or to offer for sale, instant raffle tickets during that year shall be $50.

B. All other municipal license fees for games of chance shall be an amount equal to the amount charged by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission of the State of New Jersey.
