The Council may, by resolution, permit organizations qualified pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 5:8-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1 e seq. to conduct games of
chance on Sunday.

A.
The municipal fee for a one-year license to sell, or
to offer for sale, instant raffle tickets during that year shall be $50.
B.
All other municipal license fees for games
of chance shall be an amount equal to the amount charged by the Legalized
Games of Chance Control Commission of the State of New Jersey.
