The violation of any provisions of this ordinance
or the rules and regulations adopted hereunder, for which no penalty
is designated within that section of this ordinance or the rules and
regulations adopted hereunder, shall be an offense against this ordinance
which shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $250, nor more
than $500 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 15 days for each
offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and by the revocation
of any permit hereunder held by any person found guilty of such violation.
