Chapter 115, Forest Conservation, of the Code of Public Local Laws and
Ordinances of Carroll County, Maryland, as amended from time to time, shall
be the official Forest Conservation Chapter for the Town, and such chapter
is hereby adopted by reference. The official of Carroll County shall be the
inspector and/or enforcement official for the Town for this purpose. Any other
provision of any chapter of the Code of the Town that is contradictory or
inconsistent with Chapter 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances
of Carroll County is hereby repealed and deleted.
