Chapter 151 of the Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances of Carroll County, Maryland, as the same may be amended, replaced, or recodified from time to time, shall be the official Stormwater Management Chapter for the Town, and such chapter is hereby adopted by reference. The Board of Commissioners of Carroll County or its appointed designee shall be responsible for review, inspection, and enforcement of stormwater management in the Town in the same manner and to the same extent as such activity is being carried on in Carroll County outside of the corporate limits of the Town.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Board of Commissioners of Carroll County or its authorized designee with respect to the administration and enforcement of this chapter on such terms as are mutually agreeable to the Town and county.
