[Adopted 12-10-1990 by Ord. No. 180]
Pursuant to § 9-105(e) of the Tax-Property
Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the homestead credit percentage
for the Town of Sykesville, effective for the taxable year beginning
July 1, 1991, and subsequent tax years, shall be 110%.

The Treasurer is directed to notify the State
Department of Assessments and Taxation of Maryland by January 10,
1991, of the homestead credit percentage established by the Town of
Sykesville.
