[Former Art. III, Sales Tax, adopted 5-3-2011 by L.L. No. 10-2011, was repealed 8-16-2011 by L.L. No. 16-2011. This local law also
provided that the adoption and repeal of L.L. No. 10-2011 would not
affect Res. No. R85 of 1977, as amended by Res. Nos. R297 of 1980,
R329 of 1983, R361 of 1983, R427 of 1986, R682 of 1988, R173 of 2005,
R147 of 2007 and R264 of 2009, and that Res. No. R85, as amended,
at all times has been and continues to be in full force and effect.]
