Town of Pound Ridge, NY Article I Deputy Town Clerk, Building Inspector and Deputy Building Inspector

§ 27-1 Purpose.

It is the purpose of this article to modify the requirements of § 23 of the Town Law or any other statute, law, rule or regulation to the contrary to the extent sections require that a Deputy Town Clerk, Building Inspector and/or a Deputy Building Inspector be residents and electors within the Town of Pound Ridge.

§ 27-2 Title.

This article shall be known as "A Local Law to Amend Residency Requirements for a Deputy Town Clerk, Building Inspector and/or a Deputy Building Inspector."
