§ 89-1 Authority of Council over recreation places.

All the rights, duties, obligations and power to equip, operate and maintain recreation places and a Recreation Board shall be vested in and exercised by Borough Council, as provided for in Act No. 581 of February 1, 1966, § 2708, etc.[1]
