Borough of Morrisville, PA Article XVI International Urban-Wildland Interface Code

§ 129-100 International Urban-Wildland Code adopted.

A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Secretary of the Borough of Morrisville, being marked and designated as the “International Urban-Wildland Code,” latest edition, as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Basic Urban-Wildland Code of the Borough of Morrisville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the said International Urban-Wildland Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Article XVI.
