It shall be unlawful for any person to display upon his or her clothing,
or otherwise on his person, or upon any sign or sticker attached to any motor
vehicle any description, narrative account, display or depiction of sexual
activity or of an anatomical area, contained in, or consisting of, a picture
or other representation, which:
A.
Depicts or describes in a patently offensive way any
ultimate sexual acts, normal or perverted, or excretory functions or lewd
exhibition of the genitals.
B.
Lacks serious literary, artistic, political or scientific
value, when taken as a whole.
C.
To the average person applying contemporary community
standards, as a dominant them, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest.
