A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or cause any houseboat to be moored, docked or anchored in waters within the limits of the Village of East Rockaway.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or cause any houseboat to be stored, landed or dry-docked on land within the limits of the Village of East Rockaway.
As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
HOUSEBOAT
Any barge or other flat-bottom boat which has been fitted for use as a dwelling.
A violation of any provision of this Article shall constitute an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $250, and each day or part of a day on which any such violation shall exist shall be deemed a separate offense.
