A.Â
Section 7-706, Subdivision 5, of the Village Law, and
the second sentence of § 7-706, Subdivision 1, of the Village Law,
are hereby repealed in their application to the Village of Woodsburgh.
B.Â
At least 10 days' notice of the time and place of
any public hearing on the adoption of a zoning law, or an amendment to the
zoning laws, of the Village of Woodsburgh shall be given by publication in
the official newspaper of the village or a paper of general circulation as
designated by the Board of Trustees.
C.Â
Every zoning law of the Village of Woodsburgh, and every
amendment thereto, including any map incorporated therein, shall be entered
in the minutes of the Village Board of Trustees. There shall be no requirement
that any such law, or an abstract thereof, be published in any newspaper as
a precondition to said law becoming effective.
