No person, firm or corporation shall construct, install, use or maintain
a temporary or movable tent or other similar structure for a continuous period
of more than 12 days.
Any tent shall comply with the fire standards in the village.
In addition to any other remedies provided by law, proceedings may be
instituted at the instance of the Mayor to enjoin any unlawful construction,
installation, use or maintenance of a temporary or movable tent or similar
type of structure.
