A. 
It shall be unlawful for any owner, lessee or occupant of real property within the village to install, maintain or use upon said premises an audible burglar alarm or fire alarm, which alarm is not equipped with a device that will automatically shut off said alarm within 30 minutes of the activation thereof.
B. 
No owner, lessee or occupant of real property within the village shall suffer or permit any audible burglar alarm or fire alarm, including, without limitation, any bell, siren, horn, buzzer or whistle, to emit any sound audible beyond the boundaries of said real property for a period of more than 30 minutes from the commencement thereof.
