It shall be unlawful for any corporation, association, partnership or individual to hereafter construct, erect or string above ground in any street, avenue or highway in the Village of Woodsburgh any telephone, telegraph or electric current poles or wires or any other pole or poles of any description for any purpose whatsoever.

Offenses against this chapter shall be punishable as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II.[2]
