Every application for a site plan review, a certification for a survey or plat, a change of use, a change of zoning or an application before the Board of Adjustment shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Town of Dagsboro for the following amounts:
A. 
Site plan review, change of use application, change of zoning application and applications to the Board of Adjustment: such amount as shall be established by resolution of the Town Council.
B. 
Inspection and review fees: such amount as shall be established by resolution of the Town Council.

Application fee for Board of Adjustment: $0.

(a) 
Advanced escrow account payment for expenditures for professional review fees for the Board of Adjustment, which escrow account shall be replenished whenever the account has been depleted:
[1] 
Board of Adjustment engineering professional review escrow account (to be replenished upon depletion): $500.
[2] 
Board of Adjustment legal professional review escrow payment (to be replenished upon depletion): $500.
(2) 
All of the improvements listed in § 275-40, Site plan review, shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Town, who shall be notified by the applicant at least 48 hours prior to the start of construction. No underground installation, subgrade and/or stages of paving or other work done in stages shall be poured, covered, backfilled or removed until inspected and approved. Electrical and telephone utilities distribution supply lines are exempt from this inspection requirement.
(3) 
An occupancy permit shall not be issued until all the required improvements have been installed and approved in accordance with the provisions of this chapter or until a performance guarantee, acceptable to the Town Council, in a form approved by the Town Attorney, in an amount determined by the Town's consulting engineer to be sufficient to assure completion of all the remaining improvements within one year, is at hand.
C. 
Certification of survey or plat: such amount as shall be established by resolution of the Town Council.
If an applicant or the Town or the Board of Adjustment desires a certified court reporter, the cost of taking testimony and transcribing it and providing a copy of the transcript to the Town shall be at the expense of the applicant, who shall also arrange for the reporter's attendance.
