A.
The Township Engineer or the Township assignee shall
inspect all phases of the installation of the stormwater management
facilities.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer
determines that the stormwater management facilities are not being
installed in accordance with this chapter, the Township of Falls shall
revoke any existing permits until the applicant/owner submits, and
the Township of Falls approves, a corrective action plan so that the
stormwater management facilities are reinstalled in accordance with
the approved drainage plan.
