The fee required by this chapter is the Township
review fee. The Township review fee shall be established by the Township
of Falls to defray review costs incurred by the Township of Falls
and the Township Engineer. The applicant/owner shall pay all fees.
The Township of Falls shall establish a Review
Fee Schedule by resolution of the Falls Township Board of Supervisors
based on the size of the regulated activity and based on the Township
of Falls' costs for reviewing drainage plans. The Township of Falls
shall periodically update the Review Fee Schedule to ensure that review
costs are adequately reimbursed.
The fees required by this chapter shall, at
a minimum, cover:
A. Administrative/clerical costs.
B. The review of the drainage plan and corrective action
plan where applicable by the Township of Falls and the Township Engineer.
C. The site inspections, including, but not limited to,
preconstruction meetings, inspections during construction of stormwater
management facilities and appurtenances and final inspection upon
completion of the stormwater management facilities and drainage improvements.
D. Any additional work required to enforce any permit
provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations and assure
proper completion of stipulated remedial actions, including legal
work.
