Pursuant to the authority set forth in the Borough
Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 581, Section 1202 [53 P.S. § 46202(35)],
the proper officials of the Borough of Economy and the Borough of
Economy Volunteer Fire Department are hereby authorized to execute
a mutual aid agreement for police and fire protection between the
Borough of Economy and the Township of Harmony. A true and correct
copy of said agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated
herein by this reference thereto.[1]
