A business licensing fee, established in Chapter 45 of the Town of Middletown Code, shall be paid annually to the Town for any private trash collector serving a commercial, farm unit or other nonresidential unit within the corporate limits of the Town of Middletown. This fee is to be paid on or before February 15 of each year and shall cover the period from January 1 to December 31, regardless of the date of the initial application or the date of cessation of services.
Application for the license, and payment, shall be made to the
Town of Middletown.
Any individual or other legal entity operating in the Town without securing the license required by this article shall be subject to the fines and fees established in Chapter 45.
