It shall be unlawful for any person, business,
corporation or association to permit any sidewalk on property owned
by it or any sidewalk on property adjacent to its property to remain
in a state of disrepair for longer than four weeks after said property
owner has been directed by the Mayor and Town Council or their designated
representative to repair said sidewalk.
Any violation of this article shall be punishable
by a fine of up to $25 per day of disrepair.
