Any application to block off any street in the
Town limits for any private functions shall only be granted upon presentation
to the Mayor's office of a notarized statement by the applicant that
all property owners on the closed-off areas consent to this closing.
It is further required that the applicant submit
a list of the names of all affected property owners.
