A. 
All municipal streets in the Town of Middletown other than Route 71, Peterson Road and Route 299 and Route 301 shall be used solely for the convenience of the abutting owners and all trucks, agricultural equipment and vehicles other than noncommercial passenger vehicles are herewith prohibited from the use thereof, except for local deliveries requiring their use and emergency uses of the municipality, county or state.
B. 
Truck size restrictions. No vehicle over two axles shall travel on any municipally maintained streets in the Town of Middletown with the exception of local deliveries.

The provisions of this article shall not apply to school buses or vehicles used to transport children to and from school.
