No fence or other structure, shrubbery, foliage, hedge, tree or the like which, in the opinion of staff review, interferes with the line of sight across or through the intersection of any public or private way in the Town shall be erected, planted, maintained or allowed to exist; provided, however, that this article shall not apply to buildings which are not in violation of the Town's Zoning Bylaw.[1]
