G-158-79 (Ch. II, Sec. 2-30, of the 1971 Code). Amendments noted
where applicable.]
All appointed members of commissions, committees and boards shall be
present at all regularly scheduled meetings of their respective commissions,
committees and boards. Three consecutive unexcused absences by any member
may constitute grounds for removal by the Township Council from the respective
commission, committee or board. The Chairman or Secretary of said respective
commission, committee and board shall notify the Township Council upon the
third consecutive unexcused absence of any of its members. The Township Council
may thereafter, upon written notice, remove said member from such commission,
committee or board based upon such third consecutive unexcused absence.
