Diseases shall be reported in accordance with N.J.A.C. 8:57-1.1 through
8:57-1.12.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this
chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not less than five dollars
($5.) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.).
