Pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State
Agriculture and Markets Law, the City of Albany, New York, hereby
establishes the following adoption fee schedule for any unredeemed,
seized dog which has come into the possession of the Mohawk and Hudson
River Humane Society as a result of a seizure by a City of Albany,
New York, dog control officer, title to said dog which has previously
been forfeited to said City of Albany, New York:
