It is hereby ordered and directed that the pier
in the Hudson River be placed under the care and management of the
Bureau of Parks; provided, however, that nothing herein contained
shall be construed as interfering in any way with the duties of the
Superintendent of Docks and Bridges with respect to the collection
of wharfage and the control of shipping.
