A Board of Water Commissioners is hereby established
for the purpose of operating and maintaining the facilities of the
water supply and distribution system of the Village.

The Board of Water Commissioners shall consist
of five members appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by the
Board of Trustees, each of whom shall serve a term of five years.
