Primary elections for the nomination of all elective Village officers
of the Village of Endicott, Broome County, New York, shall be held and conducted
in the fall of each year coincident with the general fall primaries held in
accordance with and as provided by the Election Law of the State of New York
or any amendments to said Election Law changing or varying the date or dates
of general fall primaries.
The annual election in the Village of Endicott, New York, for the election
of all elective Village officers shall be held and conducted in the fall of
each year hereafter, coincident with the general fall elections held in accordance
with and as provided by the federal election laws and the Election Law of
the State of New York and any amendments thereto changing or varying the date
of general fall elections.
This chapter shall modify or supersede the following statutes, insofar
as it is inconsistent with either or any of them: § 3-300 of the
Village Law and §§ 15-104, 15-116, 15-118 and 15-126 of the
Election Law; § 4-136 of the Election Law; and former Section 131
of the 1922 Election Law, now codified as Election Law §§ 6-102,
6-104, 6-106, 6-108, 6-110, 6-114, 6-116, 6-156 and 6-160.

A vote to change the number of Village Trustees from six to four. If
a majority of yes votes are received this change would take effect on January
1, 2008. Two Village Trustees will be elected to begin their term on January
1, 2008, and two Village Trustees will be elected to begin their term on January
1, 2009.
