All full-time employees who retire and separate from the Village of
Endicott with at least 10 years of continuous full-time employment shall be
eligible for health insurance coverage through the Village of Endicott.
The Village of Endicott will pay 89% of the annual premium of said health
insurance coverage and the former employees shall pay 11% of the health insurance
coverage.
This article shall take effect October 1, 2004, for surviving spouses
of former eligible employees.
This article is subject to the terms of applicable collective bargaining
agreements, if any.
