Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 843 of the Laws of 1963 of the
State of New York, as Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, Subdivision
1(ii)a(1), the position of Confidential Secretary to the Personnel Director
of the City of Oswego is hereby established, at a Civil Service Grade 12 and
at a salary commensurate with said civil service grade now or hereinafter
in effect. The position of Confidential Secretary shall be an appointment
made by the Personnel Director of the City of Oswego, and such employee shall
serve at the pleasure of the Personnel Director for a term concurrent with
said Personnel Director's term.
