Playground areas encompassing playground equipment, basketball courts,
tennis courts, and in-line hockey courts in all Oswego City parks shall be
closed to all persons from sunset to sunrise.
Any person committing a willful violation of the provisions of this
chapter and found guilty of this offense shall be subject to a fine of not
more than $100 or incarceration for not more than 15 days.
