In the Business B District, no building or premises
shall be used and no building shall be erected or altered for residential
use of any kind or nature and no building or premises shall be used
and no building shall be erected or altered for any other than one
or more of the following uses:
A. Any use permitted in the Business A District.
C. Contractor's plant; provided, however, that the premises
so used shall be used only for the storage or handling of material
and equipment ordinarily and actively used by the contractor in the
operation of his business and shall not be used for the storage or
handling of discarded or secondhand material, equipment or junk.
D. Heavy-manufacturing or -assembling plant, provided
that said plant is not noxious or offensive by reason of emission
of odor, dust, smoke, gas or noise and is not dangerous to health,
life or property and is not contrary to the general plan and purpose
of this chapter. The consent and permit of the Board of Appeals shall
be necessary in all cases for any heavy-manufacturing or -assembling
plant.
E. Milk or beverage bottling plant.
The building area shall not exceed 90% of the
lot area.

No building shall be raised and no building
or part thereof shall be erected or altered to be greater in height
than an aggregate of 48 feet.
A setback of at least 10 feet from the front
property line on interior lots shall be required.
No side yards are required.
A rear yard of at least 10 feet is required,
except that where the rear property or lot line of any lot constitutes
the common boundary line between such lot and municipally owned land
or premises designed and actually used for parking spaces for motor
vehicles, no rear yard setback from such common boundary line is required
and the rear wall of a building or buildings constructed on such lot
may be extended to such boundary line.
On corner plots, a setback of at least 10 feet
from the property line on both street frontages shall be required.
