Borough of Columbia, PA Article VIII Left Turns Prohibited

§ 207-53 Specific intersections; violations and penalties.

A. Left turns shall be prohibited at the following locations:

(1) Vehicular traffic moving eastward on Chestnut Street shall be prohibited from making a left-hand turn north onto Fifth Street.

(2) Vehicular traffic moving northwardly or southwardly on Fifth Street shall be prohibited from making a left-hand turn onto Maple Street.

B. Any person who shall operate a vehicle in violation of any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
